BASIC AMATEUR RADIO LICENSING COURSE

The course will consist of a seven Zoom sessions on Monday evenings from 7:00 to 9:00 pm.

1. Regulations and Policies
2. Operating Procedures
3. Station Assembly Pracice and Safety
4. Circuit Components

5. Basic Electronics Theory
6. Feedlines and Antenna Systems
7.Radio Wave Propagation
8. Interference and Suppression


Course Includes:

Presentation of ISED (formerly Industry Canada) licensing requirements
Equipment and operation demonstrations 
Course notes and study aids (purchase of text book is optional)
Exam writing and grading by examiner
Call sign application 
One year complementary membership in AARESS

The course fee of $50 can be paid by etransfer.
